Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Auralix Ltd (trading as Kalipra, "we", "us") handles personal data for visitors to kalipra.com. We are the data controller under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What we collect
- Waitlist email address. Only what you type into the form. Nothing else is collected from the form.
- Standard web request metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer) processed transiently by Cloudflare to deliver the site and block abuse. We do not retain this metadata.
2. What we don't collect
No analytics cookies. No advertising pixels. No third-party trackers. No session recordings. The site sets no cookies of its own.
3. Why we process your email
- To confirm your waitlist signup and send occasional product updates about the Kalipra pilot.
- Lawful basis: consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form.
4. Who we share it with
- Resend (email delivery, US-based, processes under UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Cloudflare (site hosting, CDN, Workers runtime). Data is processed in-transit only.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to any other third party.
5. How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the Kalipra waitlist is closed and superseded by a full product account — whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, which removes you from the list.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you and give you a copy (right of access).
- Correct inaccurate data (rectification).
- Delete your data (erasure / "right to be forgotten").
- Stop processing it (restriction / objection).
- Port it to another service (portability).
To exercise any of these, email privacy@kalipra.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Complaints
You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've mishandled your data.

9. Changes to this notice
